MK Nissan Slomiansky is suspending himself from management of the legislation committee of the Knesset after allegations against him of sexual harassment.
"I am aware of the weight of responsibility inherent in the position, but more importantly, I feel that the right thing is to enable a proper investigation of the allegations.
"I feel deep sorrow if any behavior on my part was interpreted differently than I intended, and if I knew who [the accusers were] I would apologize personally with all possible intention," he said.
