MK Betzalel Smotrich (Jewish Home) said that the main plot to which Amona residents would move in the new relocation plan is safe from the protests of radical leftist group Yesh Din, which has supposedly found an Arab owner of the plot.
"At the moment, according to the order and according to the absentee property law, even if someone would come now and prove ownership and he doesn't have the status of an 'absentee owner,' he could only fulfill his right to the plot in deference to the rights of the third party [to whom the plot has been allotted] - in other words, after the period of the agreement," he told Army Radio.
