Deputy national security adviser Ben Rhodes warned on Tuesday that if the administration of President-elect Donald Trump will terminate the process of normalization of relations with Cuba, it will harm both citizens of Cuba as well as the United States.
He added that Obama will make his case directly to Trump not to derail the U.S.-Cuba détente.
