Police closed underground passages in Haifa, Tuesday evening, in anticipation of worsening weather. They include passages on Chalutzei Hataasiyah Street, where Tuesday morning's tragedy occurred, and Hamorag Street in the industrial area that connects to the Checkpost.
Also being closed is the passage under Highway 70 between Kfar Chasidim and Yagur.
