The Water Authority said, Tuesday afternoon, that about 30 centimeters of rain had fallen on northern Israel and an additional 20 centimeters had fallen on Mount Carmel and the city of Haifa.
Authority officials believe the strengthening of the rain tonight and tomorrow will result in significant flows and possible flooding in central-area rivers.
