A kidney from hiking-accident victim Ilai Nir was successfully transplanted to a seven-year-old girl, Monday evening. She was taken from surgery to intensive care in stable condition.
Following Nir's death on Sunday, his mother made organs available. Monday saw his other kidney, his liver and his heart transplanted to three children.
