The Lavi civil-rights organization demanded, Monday evening, that the police open a criminal investigation on suspicion of incitement following the discovery of a picture of Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu with a noose in front of his face at the Betzalel Institute of Art in Jerusalem.
In a letter to the head of the police department's investigations division, attorney Doron Nir-Tzvi wrote, "I ask you to instruct the Bezalel Institute of Art to immediately remove the picture from the walls of the visual communications department and transfer it as evidence to the Israel Police.
