After information was obtained by security forces concerning a suspect intending to carry out a stabbing attack at the Cave of Machpela in Hevron, border police located the suspect as he was attempting to enter the Cave via one of the entry stations.
A body search revealed the suspect was carrying a weapon. The suspect, a 22-year-old Arab resident of Hevron, was arrested and transferred to security officials for investigation.
