Nurses at the Yehuda Abarbanel Mental Health Center in Bat Yam, south of Tel Aviv, will be taking organizational steps, starting Sunday, in protest of the lack of additional staff, according to Channel 2 Television.
Under the sanctions, new patients will not be accepted and there will be no ECT treatments.
