Member of Knesset Tzipi Livni (Zionist Union) has filed an urgent motion for discussion by the Knesset Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee regarding Iran's stake in ThyssenKrupp, the German company that makes submarines for Israel.
Livni wrote in her application, "Israel has been working for years with the nations of the world to prevent transactions with Iran and prevent it from economic benefits. Even Iranian company IFIC's ownership of submarine maker ThyssenKrupp is partial, there is not doubt that it's significant in transactions of this magnitude,"
