Police arrested 4 Jewish youth this morning near Kochav Hashachar in the Binyamin region.
Attorney Nati Rom of the Honenu legal organization said that some of the minors were wounded from police violence.
Two of the minors are being investigated, apparently for involvement in a fight with Arabs several weeks ago.
