The official value of the shekel rose an average of .075 percent, Tuesday, against most of the featured currencies on the Bank of Israel's foreign-exchange list.
The United States dollar was fixed at NIS 3.809, down .21 percent, while the Euro declined .139 percent to 4.0877 shekels and the pound sterling was set at 4.8539 shekels, down .01 percent.
