(AFP) - Russia and China vetoed a United Nations Security Council resolution on Monday which called for a seven-day ceasefire in the embattled Syrian city of Aleppo.
Venezuela also voted against the text which was presented by Spain, Egypt and New Zealand, while Angola abstained.
