Ben Carson will head HUD dept. in Trump administration

President-elect Donald Trump has appointed Ben Carson as secretary of housing and urban development in his administration.

Carson, a retired neurosurgeon, was a contender in the Republican primaries and, later, an early supporter of Trump.
