A man in his forties was lightly affected by smoke inhalation following a fire in an apartment in the Hadar Hacarmel neighborhood of Haifa, Sunday afternoon.
Firefighters rescued the man and his dog from the apartment. Four firefighting companies brought the blaze under control.
