The prosecution of the southern district closed the case against Anas Abu Dabas, a resident of Rahat in southern Israel, who was suspected of writing an inciting post on Facebook.
Abu Dabas was arrested after writing a post on the recent wave of fires understood by investigators to be inciting harm to the security of the state.
In the end, the post was determined to be satirical in nature.
