The Knesset foreign affairs and defense committee deliberated this morning on a program advanced by MK Moti Yogev (Jewish Home) to provide better cell phone coverage in Judea and Samaria.
Head of the civil administration Achvat Ben Hur said that the civil administration would advance the process faster "the minute there is agreement between all the authorities."
