An inspection of the Ohf Yerushalayim (Jerusalem Chicken) plant in the Shaar Binyamin industrial area revealed chicken that was thawing and improper marking that was being kept in unsanitary conditions.
On orders of the district veterinarian, 1,680 kilograms (more than 3,700 pounds) of meat were destroyed.
