Will High Court stop appeal in Supreme Rabbinical Court?

The High Court ordered the Supreme Rabbinical Court to respond to a petition against an appeal taking place in the Rabbinical Court regarding a divorce document issued by the rabbinical court in Tzfat to the wife of a man who has been in a coma for the past nine years.
