Attorney General Avichai Mandelblit issued a legal opinion, Monday evening, that the residents of Amona could be housed for about eight months on adjacent properties described as abandoned.
The opinion is based on one by a former military advocate general that defined the properties as abandoned by Arabs over the years, which can be used for urgent needs.
