IPS prepares to evacuate Carmel and Damon Prisons

The Israel Prisons Service prepared, Thursday, to evacuate the Carmel and Damon Prisons, which could be threatened by Haifa-area fires.

The evacuation would affect 600 inmates and 15 staff members.
