Police Commissioner Ronnie Alshich told reporters in Zichron Yaakov, Tuesday evening, that police firefighting aircraft are involved in the effort to control that has been burning out of control there. He said there was significant damage to homes and other property.
Referring to a weather forecast of dry and windy conditions, Alshich said, "We are finishing a busy and complex day and, unfortunately, two more days more difficult than today are waiting for us with the potential weather that has the potential for the development of fires with far-reaching significance."
