The official value of the shekel slipped an average of .039 percent, Monday, in mixed trading against the featured currencies on the Bank of Israel's foreign-exchange list.

The United States dollar was fixed at NIS 3.867, down .155 percent, while the Euro rose .188 percent to 4.1127 shekels and the pound sterling was set at 4.7926 shekels, down .288 percent. The Egyptian pound dived 11.369 percent.
