Prosecutors will submit a plea bargain on Monday, in connection with the death of Alexander Levlovich in September 2015, according to Channel 10 Television.

Levlovich died from injuries suffered when he lost control of his car and had a heart attack, following a rock attack by Arabs as he was driving home from a Rosh Hashanah dinner. His death is believed to have been the first in the wave of terror attacks that began last fall. The family of the defendant opposes the plea bargain.
