State Comptroller Yoseph Shapira has told leaders of the Ometz government watchdog organization that he will probe matters involving Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and his wife Sara and their running of the Prime Minister's Residence, according to Channel 2 Television.
The examination follows statements to an investigative television reporter about the conduct of the prime minister's wife by the head of the Authority for the Status of Women in the Prime Minister's Office.
