Firefighters evacuated residents of Altschuler Street in the Gilo neighborhood of Jerusalem, Tuesday afternoon, after illegally-stored hazardous material was discovered leaking from a barrel in the underground parking garage of a residential building.
Firefighters are removing the barrel. Its contents are believed to be flammable and explosive.
