Chairwoman Shuli Moalem-Refaeli of the Jewish Home Knesset faction said, Tuesday, that the faction may not vote for the budget, in violation of coalition agreements. She was responding to Treasurer Moshe Kahlon's word that he won't vote in favor of the Normalization Law for Jewish communities in Judea and Samaria if the process harms the Supreme Court.

Moalem-Refaeli explained, "Political parties in the coalition have a committment to vote in favor of the Normalization Law as in other areas and it's a pity to be drawn into unnecessary wars. The Knesset is allowed to legislate in response to High Court rulings which is part of the normal relations between branches in a democratic country."
