Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu called Justice Minister Ayelet Shaked for an urgent consultation, Sunday evening, on a bill to normalize unrecognized Jewish communities in Judea and Samaria.
The call came right before a vote by the Ministerial Committee on Legislation to endorse the measure. Netanyahu is seeking a delay, pending a Supreme Court ruling on a petition by the state to delay the uprooting of the Samarian Jewish community of Amona. The current deadline is December 25th.
