Finance Minister Moshe Kahlon told the Knesset faction of his Kulanu party, Monday, to show responsibility in discussion of the budget, which has passed the first of its three readings.
The treasurer said, "Every time we talk about the budget - Will it pass or not pass? - it causes damage. Therefore, I appeal to all Knesset members and ministers not to use the budget as a hostage."
