Jerusalem District prosecutors submitted indictments to the Jerusalem District Court, Thursday, charging a resident of the contested Jewish-Arab neighborhood of Shiloach (Silwan in Arabic) with attempted murder and illegal possession of a knife in a recent terror attack.
