Senior Hamas member Ismail Al-Ashkar, who serves in the Palestinian Authority parliament, says the parliament and its Hamas majority is discussing what it calls the return of a government led by deputy Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh, in light of a PA position that prevents reconciliation between Hamas and the Fatah faction of Chairman Mahmoud Abbas.
