46 people were wounded in terror attacks in Iraq. The most fatal attack occurred in a Shiite area in the north of Baghdad, when an ISIS terrorist wearing an explosive belt blew himself up next to a mourners' tent, killing 34.
Other attacks happened east of Tikrit and in the Ishimaki area north of Baghdad.
