A soldier from the Egoz unit suffered a light wound, Tuesday evening, when he was hit by shrapnel from the accidental discharge of a gun as he left a base in the southern Hevron Hills for a military operation.
The soldier was sent to hospital for treatment. The incident is under investigation.
