The military court trying Elor Azariya for shooting a wounded terrorist rejected, Monday, a defense request to call Colonel Yisrael Shomer, who was cleared of suspicion after shooting an Arab rock thrower to death, according to Yedioth Ahronoth.
Under the ruling, certain parts of the military prosecution's legal opinion regarding the incident in which Shomer was involved shall be given to the defense team.
