The Ofek 11 intelligence satellite broadcast its first pictures, Thursday afternoon, nine days following its launch. The Defense Ministry said the pictures were up to expectations.
The ministry had stabilized the satellite following indications that raised questions last week, and said that it could begin its operations. Ministry sources refused to say if the satellite had overcome all the malfunctions.
