Efrat security announced to residents of the neighborhood nearby the attack that they can now leave their houses.
Additionally, it was announced that educational institutions in Efrat will be open today as usual. However, those close to the scene of the attack will have bolstered security.
Construction workers, most of whom are Arab, will not be allowed inside Efrat for the duration of the day.
