The State opposes the demolition of the homes of the murderers of Mohammad Abu Khder, according to the response submitted to the Supreme Court.
"Every terrorist act is bad and must be stopped," the state prosecution wrote, "but one cannot ignore the extent of [Arab] terror in contrast to Jewish terror, as well as Israeli condemnations of terror [in contrast to the lack of Arab condemnation of terror]."
