Rabbi Shim'on Kalfa passed away, Tuesday morning, at Soroka Hospital in Be'er Sheva'. Rabbi Kalfa headed the Sdot Negev Council for four terms and was Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hemdat Hadarom College in Netivot since its inception.
