A memorandum of understanding on $38 billion in United States military aid to Israel over the next decade could be signed as early as this weekend, according to Israeli and American sources cited by Channel 2 Television on Monday evening.
Israel has agreed not to ask Congress for additional funds. The administration of President Barack Obama had pressured Israel to ask Senator Lindsey Graham to stop his bill to allow Israel $3.4 billion in additional funds.
