The official value of the shekel declined an average of .113 percent, Monday, against most of the featured currencies on the Bank of Israel's foreign-exchange list.
The United States dollar was fixed at NIS 3.771, up .453 percent, while the Euro slipped .017 percent to 4.232 shekels, and the pound sterling was set at 5.0092 shekels, up .351 percent.
