Staff members of the Givati Brigade this morning published a powerful video on social networks. They are outraged that the Ministry of Defense abandoned a soldier, Yehuda Hayisraeli, who was was seriously wounded in Operation Protective Edge, and who cannot return home because of the Ministry's refusal to fund a handicapped-accessible annex.
The funding was denied because his house, like most of the houses in Ofra, is officially illegal.
