The state told the Supreme Court, Thursday, that it will update regulations in two months to allow Channel 20, the Jewish commercial channel, to join the Idan Plus converter-box program for those who don't want Hot cable or Yes satellite TV subscriptions.
Responding to a petition by Channel 20, the state said the regulations are in the process of being signed by the Communications Ministry and the Treasury.
