The Supreme Court approved, Sunday afternoon, the extradition of an Israeli to the United States to stand trial for exporting military spare parts to Iran, according to Yedioth Ahronoth.
The indictment says the Israeli used other parties to export parts for missiles, armed personnel carriers and three types of fighter planes from the US to Israel without a permit. In two cases, he sent parts for fighter planes from Israel to iran via Greece.
