Initial investigations into a D9 armored personnel carrier accident in the Mount Dov region indicate the crash was caused by human error.
The accident in the north last week left six IDF combat engineer soldiers wounded.
According to a report on Channel One, the APC brakes were intact, and probably a sharp descent, poor visibility, and failure to maintain proper distance between vehicles caused the accident.
