France says seven terror suspects have been detained in recent weeks. At least three suspects had advanced plans to attack France.
The revelations came at a news conference where Prime Minister Manuel Valls unveiled a new security initiative in co-operation with the German government to strengthen Europe’s exterior boundaries, improve information sharing and create a new border force.
