Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and Transportation Minister Yisrael Katz agreed, Monday, to create a ministerial committee, headed by the prime minister, that will deal in the battle against traffic accidents.
Since the beginning of the year, 236 people have died on Israel's roads.
