The Supreme Court is hearing an appeal, Monday afternoon, against the administrative detention handed out to Popular Front terrorist Bilal Kayid at the end of a 14-year prison sentence.
Kayid is being treated at Barzilai Hospital in Ashkelon for the effects of a 70-day hunger strike in protest of the administrative detention. His petition also seeks to free him from handcuffs and leg restraints that keep him attached to his hospital bed.
