The Be'er Sheva' District Court is scheduled to hold a hearing, Thursday, in the case of Wahid Borsh of the Gaza city of Jabalia, who is suspected of using his position with the United Nations Development Program to assist Hamas.
Prosecutors are seeking to keep Borsh in custody until the end of legal proceedings against him.
