PM calls Head Likud Secretary for emergency talk

Prime Minister Benyamin Netanyahu called in the Head of the Secretariat of the Likud Party, Yisrael Katz, for an emergency meeting this morning (Wednesday), after the Secretariat's decision to downgrade Netanyahu's powers within Likud.
