The local council of the Palestinian Arab village of Bani Naim, east of Hevron, along with local residents and several other local institutions have teamed up to rebuild the home of terrorist Mohammed Tarayra, who murdered 13-year-old Hallel-Yaffa Ariel as she slept in her bed in Kiryat Arba on the morning of June 30, 2016.
IDF troops demolished a part of the home this week in accordance with a Supreme Court ruling that only the second story of the home would be demolished - rather than the entire structure - due to “humanitarian concerns”.
